We recognize that traditional time-based billing poses a challenge to clients for them to efficiently and effectively manage legal matters and legal spend. We believe in providing certainty to our clients with respect to their legal spend and we do this by providing bespoke pricing anchored on value billing. Client’s can choose from our range of pricing models that can be tailored to the client’s unique situation including retainers, fixed fees and capped fees. We are happy to discuss alternatives to time costing for litigation matters.

Our Team
Our expert team is lead by founding partners Abigail Chimuka and Gilbert Chama.
Abigail brings 15 years of experience having previously worked for a top tier law firm. Abigail has a solid reputation for her banking and finance practice with her largest financing transaction being a syndicated facility of US$3billion to a mining company. Abigail has wide and extensive experience in all kinds of disputes with a particular passion for employment law disputes.
Gilbert brings a unique experience to the firm having previously worked for two top tier law firms for a period of over 11 years. He is experienced in all things M&A and is especially passionate about impact investing. He has over a period of 5 years been a lead advisor to an agricultural fund that has invested significantly across the agricultural value chain in Zambia while supporting and improving the quality of life of local communities.
